Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at OpenBeautySalon.
If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Sorry, we do not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
Conditions for Returns
1.We only accept returns for refunds if the equipment is unusable, the equipment is damaged, or the equipment is malfunctioning and cannot be repaired.
2.Shipping charges for returned or exchanged products are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
3.Equipment is not eligible for refunds after 30 days of the delivery date. Equipment will only be considered for a refund if it is returned in its original packaging.
4.Items returned within the first 30 days without the original packaging or in used/not sellable condition are subject to a 30% restocking fee. OpenBeautySalon reserves the right to refuse any returns depending on the condition of the returned item.
5.Shipping charges for returned or exchanged products are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
6.Customers are responsible for properly packaging products for return to avoid any possible damage during shipping transit. Any damage resulting from inappropriate packaging/insufficient protection inside the shipped box is at fault of the customer.
7.If an order has already been dispatched, we will charge a processing fee of 30-50%.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
